However:

  • Colours and packaging may vary slightly

  • Lawn results depend on weather, soil, and application

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)

  • Payments must be made in full at checkout

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or seasonal demand.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control once goods leave our premises.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless faulty

⚠️ Opened fertilisers, liquids, or seeds cannot be returned for safety reasons unless faulty.

Turfology™ is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or over-application

  • Results affected by weather, soil condition, or existing lawn issues

Always keep products away from children and pets.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turfology™ shall not be liable for:
