Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused

  • Packaging must be unopened and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened fertilisers or lawn treatments

  • Opened liquid products

  • Products that have been used or tampered with

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
