Is Turfology suitable for all lawns?

Yes. Turfology™ products are designed for UK domestic lawns, including new lawns, established lawns, and lawns recovering from stress. Application rates can be adjusted depending on lawn condition.

Do I need professional equipment to use Turfology products?

No. All Turfology™ products are formulated for homeowner-friendly application using standard spreaders or garden sprayers. Clear guidance is provided with each product.

Seasonal Programmes

What is the Turfology Seasonal Programme?

The Seasonal Programme is a structured approach to lawn care, using season-specific products designed to support your lawn’s natural growth cycle throughout the year — Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.

Do I have to buy the full Seasonal Programme?

No. You can purchase individual seasonal products or single items separately. The Seasonal Programme is recommended for best long-term results but is not mandatory.

How do I choose the correct lawn size?

Lawn size is selected at checkout based on square metres (m²).
If you’re unsure, we recommend measuring your lawn or choosing the next size up to ensure full coverage.

Products & Application

Are Turfology products safe for pets and children?

When used according to the label instructions, Turfology™ products are safe.
We recommend keeping pets and children off treated areas until the product has been watered in and the lawn has dried.

Can I use Turfology products with other lawn treatments?

Yes, but we recommend avoiding overlapping fertiliser applications within short timeframes. If in doubt, allow at least 4–6 weeks between feeding applications.

Will Turfology products work in all weather conditions?

Weather plays a role in lawn performance. Turfology™ products are designed for UK conditions, but results may vary depending on temperature, rainfall, soil type, and lawn condition.

Orders & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, with delivery typically taking 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Do you offer free delivery?

Delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout. Any promotional free delivery offers will be displayed on the website.

Returns & Support

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Opened fertilisers, liquids, or seeds cannot be returned for safety reasons unless faulty.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
